want some time back, more life balance

Hi – so many people want to get more time .

scary fact – there is no more time, 24 hrs is all there is, all there will ever be. In that time you need to sleep, eat, exercise etc etc etc – so how do you make time??

Test these 2 idea’s — and test them this week.

1. review what you are doing and stop some things. Yes, review and stop. I challenge anyone that is time short to look at what you are doing/producing and importantly check if it is still needed.

2. look at your daily actions.  Are they taking you closer to your goals and dreams??  if not then make a change in your actions.
