Garry Wells understands that you have untapped leadership within you that can find the answers you need. He helps you by untapping those leadership skills that set the foundation, then holds you accountable for plans to drive, get unstuck and moving towards a more successful life.
Garry combines 48 years of “life” experience, over 26 years of Corporate leadership and management roles with extensive professional training to create growing space for you to get clear and empowered.
In 2010, Garry will be combining his existing services with new packages, mastermind groups and likely some workshops to reach and impact his tribe in greater numbers.
His enthusiastic, insightful approach and engaging style results in career and lives changed resulting in meaningful outcomes.

Garry Wells mentors and coaches from Newcastle, 2 hrs north of Sydney in Australia. He does this under the banner of untapped leadership .
Garry is married with a daughter (23), son (20) and at 47 years young has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles.

People Manager for 25 years, leading teams from 3 people to around 100.
